BAND: | Kittie |  "We wanted this to be a behemoth of an album, a real beast," says Kittie front woman Morgan Lander of In The Black, the fifth studio album of her bands decade-long career as metals reigning femme fatales. The band delivered true on their promise, creating a 12-track behemoth of unapologetic metal splendor, forging bone-crushing music and penetrating vocals into a snarling beast of blunt force trauma. And better yet, they did it without any drama. Tara McLeod, Kitties acclaimed guitarist returns with a prodigious second studio effort. BAND: | Rikets |  RIKETS was conceived in 2004, released its groundbreaking e.p., Anything for the Devil, in 2006 and toured relentlessly in its support. RIKETS has shared the stage with some of rocks biggest acts and they prove true to form that there is no stopping this band of modern day road warriors.
